Does anyone interested in taking a GUE DIR Fundamental?

I happen to know Steve White (from Seattle) a GUE instructor who will be available to come to Phoenix in the second week of April to teach a Fundies course. So I thought I will post it here. The length of the course is 3 days (usually Fri AM till Sunday PM). This potential course is currently not managed by the LDS. If there is demand, then we locate the class room. The checkout dive will be in Lake Pleasant.

I've taken a weekend "back to basics" workshop from Steve and will be taking GUE Fundamentals from him later in April. He's a great instructor, I'd highly recommend getting in on this if you live in the area . . . it will greatly improve your dive skills, and will be a very positive experience.

Can't answer the cost question, but I took Fundies from Steve, and just took Rec Triox from him, and I second Doug's recommendation. He is an excellent teacher and very deeply committed to his students. Anybody who signs up for this will have a good experience with it.

How much is it, can I ask?
$450 for the instructor, and some other fees such as instructor's travel cost, etc. The other fees will be split within the students.

I'm interested but I don't think I could purchase a back plate before then

Purchaced Halcyon BCD about 2 weeks ago from http://www.scubasciences.com
During the purchase, I talked with Paul about DIRF.
He said a course should run about May, and usually it's done by woman who comes from FL (must be Sonia).
Cost- around $400.
Schedule- same as aqualelaki mensioned.
I don't think it really matters who runs the course, since all GUE instructors are committed to a unite instruction.
If I'll find the time- I may take the course too.
