G260 carbon

I suspect that the anodizing wore off quickly and looked ugly. The bright rings also wears off but there is little contrast to make it apparent at 10 feet. That "beauty" rings takes the brunt of abuse and assaults when dropping and dragging a second stage about the deck or beach o_O.

I would like to convert my G260s to the carbon fiber covers though cf too would quickly suffer in abusive hands along the perimeter. If I had carbon covers I would shoot them with this as a sacrificial wear layer as I did my G250 Surfs.


I found using R195 covers on my G260s made them prettier for far far longer.

I don't really care about the 2nd stage but I think the DLC coated mk19 looks pretty cool, and probably wears well.
