G260 carbon

I’m out. I like my 260s just the way they are. Grapes are awful too.

Not sure if I think it's gaudy or cool. From schematic can do the conversion on a standard G260 but requires a few parts, they changed face plate design and purge button feature.

Hello Buddhasummer, I am looking for your help again, I need to order a new 2nd stage cover for a G260 Carbon and I think it is nr44 on the exploded drawing you posted here but I can not read the part number because the drawing is too small. Is it possible to give me this number or maybe send me the drawing? Thank you very much, Mark

It's #41 only comes as a set I believe (?)

But if not #44 is 11.263.092 cover insert

Update, the black tech cover is now NLA, that didn't live very long, I'm surprised it's NLA already.

I suspect that the anodizing wore off quickly and looked ugly. The bright rings also wears off but there is little contrast to make it apparent at 10 feet. That "beauty" rings takes the brunt of abuse and assaults when dropping and dragging a second stage about the deck or beach .

I would like to convert my G260s to the carbon fiber covers though cf too would quickly suffer in abusive hands along the perimeter. If I had carbon covers I would shoot them with this as a sacrificial wear layer as I did my G250 Surfs.
