and another one bites the dust....

Looks like I'm going to have to skip tonight as well -- between getting slammed at work today and out-of-town company coming in for tonight, I can't get away :( Have a safe dive everyone, and if anyone wants a dive buddy for this weekend PLEASE PM me :)

So...the turnout wasn't so great, but hey...the viz was outstanding!!!
It was Bob, Lamont, Mark, Kristen, Tim and myself...I had an equipment issue and thought I was going to have to bag the dive but it all worked out. Tim and I went down to the I Beams, putzed around, saw a grunt sculpin, an Octo and some other critters...great dive. Oh, it was about 53degrees at 60fsw...I cannot believe the viz...it was amazing...you all missed out. Don't know how long this great viz is going to last, might have to go back up tomorrow night.
Thanks to everyone who showed up! It was great to see you again and to meet those of you whom I hadn't yet.

Is anyone doing a dive this week? Wed perhaps? Maybe Thurs?

there will be a few of us showing up at Cove 2 this coming Wednesday, I'll be there at 5pm, and another group is showing up at 6pm, I drive a red ford explorer,
Cory also this note is from Laurynn

Greetings everyone,

Wednesday evening, at Ye Olde Cove 2 (Seacrest park), several folks will
be meeting to dive. There's a group that will meet around 5pm as you've
seen mentioned. There will also be some other folks meeting more around
6pm or so to do a dive... including one of the original Tweekers herself.

Once again, it's open to everyone from beginners to grizzled veterans.
Singles or doubles, you are all welcome to join.

C'mon down and have some fun. After all the hot weather, it's the perfect
way to cool down...

WHERE: Alki
WHEN: 5pm onwards
WHY: You need to dive, whether it's to drill or see pretty fishes
WHO: You!

See you there.

I have all day Friday free ~ Could also meet up Friday night.

I wanna go...how do you know when a sprain is healed enough to dive on it?

I may not be able to get the rental gear I need so we'll see if I show up. Since I've never dove with ya'll: my buddy and I will be in a light teal Honda sedan. I'm hard to miss at 6'5".
