And the diving just seems to be getting better and better! There have been several hammerhead sightings in the past couple of months (one reported at Paradise reef), and one of my groups saw a MANTA RAY (yes you read that correctly) on Friday! It was on Santa Rosa wall and had a 7 to 10 foot wingspan! Not to mention the group of 10 spotted drum babies all of the Eagle Rays and reef sharks and turtles.

I saw a manta ray back in 94 in Chankanaab Park snorkeling in a rain storm and had no idea what it was had to get the guys a the dive shop to tell me how special it was. nice to hear about someone seeing one lately.

Yes, the diving does keep getting better every year. And just yesterday Heather and I were diving with Pedro and saw the extended family platter - 15 lobsters lined up one after the other under a ledge.

Today is Dec 27. Will J. Kim get to dive Devil's Throat or Columbia Deep?

He posted on Twitter that he did... 140 characters, so few details...

did 20 dives during the last week of August 2010 with Del Mar Aquatics.

It's quite a bit better since then, IMO. Wilma did ALOT of damage, anybody that denies that is dreaming. But it has been amazing to see the recovery through the last few years, and I think last year (early 2011) was about the nicest week of diving I've had there.

I don't twitter, or facebook. He ought to post here.

Sorry, Ron. I'm not his keeper. Just happened to see it on Twitter and thought I'd share since you asked...

And finder of lost children?

Did you lose some? In Cozumel? On a dive boat? Shall I go look for them? And you're picking up expenses?
EXCELLENT! :D
