I've just booked flights today to SIN-MDC-DPS-SIN-DXB :D

Looks like Alor and Bali will be packed with SB'ers this summer (also booked some times ago)

@Dan have you been using N95 masks on your flights?

I have flown in and out of Indonesia a handful of times now over the last 2 years and only had to wear the regular surgical mask. But sometime it is airline dependent. last year if you flew with Qatar they actually made all passengers wear the clear plastic face shield too. It was kind of ridiculous.

Also I have noticed some are more strict than others. I flew Korean Air about 4 months ago out of Jakarta and even in business class when your sleeping they make you wear you mask. Whereas United Airline business class they really did not care, and I had mixed experiences on Singapore Air

Me too!!! just go my flights booked direct into Bali. Sooooo much nicer than flying into Jakarta and doing quarantine.

But this 3 night 4 day hotel things is still kind of a bummer. More like a government scam to force foreigners to book a hotel in one of there CHSE hotels. But hey I should not complain to much its better than doing quarantine.

not sure if this requirement will still applicable next months; but there's hundreds CHSE approved hotels in bali at any budgets, that you can choose and book directly or via travel portal. No need to buy any packages.

If there is a chance of getting it and being shoved into quarantine or automatically in a hospital if over 65 after thar day 2 test, missing my lob, I would be in N95s the whole time. I don't think the quarantine facilities are warmup vacation quality.
