OK, I need a major butt whooping into shape and I'm counting on you all to help me! I need nagging, I need smacks, I need people to check in and make sure I'm doing good...please help a poor soul who has lost her way a little...PMs, in this thread, emails - anything!

I've been carrying the book with me since you told me to start back up ...HORRIBLE!!!

I made it to the gym 2 days in a row...still hurting from Tuesday, and I've told John I'm going back again today...so I might be on a roll if I can make it there today.

I PROMISE to start writing...I know I'm not eating like I should...that sweet tooth just needs to be pulled outta my mouth!

Yesterday bought a computer for the bike. After a few Spin Classes I decided the people who were trying to persuade me to buy a computer were correct. This thing gives, among other things, Speed, Cadence, Distance. Average Speed, Max Speed, Temperature, and some other stuff.

Then I had to try out the new gadget. I did 11.5 miles up hill and down dale, or something like that. The things I found most useful were the Speed and Cadence. That let me maximize efficiency. If Pain Is Weakness Leaving the Body; I lost a Lot of weakness.

Today I did another Spin Class. One word description: Brutal!

Just finished a salmon and melon lunch and heading out for some shopping and stuff.

A pair of wonderful days!

i went for a walk!!

60mins up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down hills!!!!!!

although i feel buggered i do believe i took the hills better because of the cardio training ive been doing :multi:
