I just don't log dives
calling all SB FITNESS CHALLANGERS!!!

Starting: January 1st

Challange: to compelte at least 30mins of Cardio PER DAY!!!

Activity: anything you want... walking, skipping, biking, swimming, dvd exercise, running, gardening or snow shovelling

Aim: to get a little bit huffy and puffy and get the heart rate up a bit

Why: to help dextox from all that Christmas feasting

Checkin: EACH DAY (if you can) log on here and to let us know what you did and how you feel

so im giving you a few days warning...start planning now and make it happen!

so WHO ACCEPTS THIS CHALLANGE???

Let's do it, I ate WAY more than I should have already, this season.
 
I accept. I'll be out of town 2 weeks in Jan, but I'll post when I can.
 
I'm in...if Yoga can count as Cardio...no ok from doctor to anything else....
 
Yoga sounds perfect!! in fact i remember from when i use to do yoga and it would bugger me out so welcome JC, Neil and SoCal to the challange also!!

and no making fun of how i talk ok :wink:

Scott here - I'm not only up to do this with everyone, but I EXPECT to be held accountable. At least 30 minutes per day, right? Including the weekends????

thats a big HELL YEAH.....start Friday 1st (can be done anytime during the 24hrs) and each day after that for 7 days straight

you can start practising now if you'ld like

there will be no drop-outs allowed... so how about those that think they have to miss a day for some reason... they can do 2 x 30mins in 24hrs to make up for it
