woke up at 5.45am to get to my first cardio training session.... expected some fast paced walking around, boxing and moving some ball work between some markers

what i got was running (well my version of running) and power walking (after i couldnt run anymore) up and down hills, and skipping and more power walkinig and more skipping then chasing balls and running thru markers and then jumping thru hoopy things......

i felt ok but have been sitting down for about 45mins now and can feel myself gettinig sore..... tomorrow is gonna be fun
