and while im feeling the way i am.... kinda good that i DID SOMETHING, im signing up for 2 sessions per week... might push myself to 3 but def 2 so i get that much needed kick up the bum that i need!!!!

I think I might drag John running outside with me when he gets home. He won't know what he's in for...but we're going...and since I'm packing his bags, he won't have any excuse not to come with :D

Nothing much today. Did 30 minutes cardio and 20 minutes weight training. Tomorrow I'll do it again and again.
 
I did 3 miles in 45 minutes on the treadmill, then I did some stretching for like 15 minutes. It's amazing how great you feel after a nice long stretching session (the hamstring stretch especially!)

It's a good hurt though! :D I have heard that if your muscles aren't sore, you're not working hard enough. That said, I think I need to start working harder!

I did 45 min of weights, 15 min of stretching. I bet I'm gonna be sore tomorrow.

YES I'm back :giveusahu....Been diving like crazy but during that time, my camera broke. :confused2: which I don't know why...I swear I just picked it up, turn it on and the camera never turn on again. :shakehead: Well, gotta save money for the new camera.

Anyways, did a 60 minute cardio with weight training.
