I skipped yesterday because I had class and I had to work
I did weights for one hour today

I worked out yesterday on the gym's new precor ellipticals which are awesome. They don't change their pitch, etc. so that your muscles and movements define what is being done, solely. Not the machine. Needless to say, I got a great workout in, with my heartrate in the "cardio" zone ti he entire time - 30 minutes, 346 calories. My muscles are sore today though.

i rang that number... they run group training sessions in the park for only $15per session (or $12 per session if you do 2 or more per week).... no more than 6 people and 6.15am sessions :multi:
im going to start tomorrow at 6.15am!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dont know if i can complete the session or how i will keep up bit im going to make an effort!!
