I work a 12 hour day every 3rd Saturday and Sunday. There are ups and downs in the days, but yesterday was certainly a butt kickin' day. LOL
As far as what I ate over the weekend... that's typical when I work the "long" weekends (and actually, I used to eat FAR worse than that!). When I'm at home, I eat much more healthy with lots of fruits and veggies. When I go to the gym (probably tomorrow morning, if the snow storm doesn't hit early) I'm gonna change the bike routine. I am limited on the cardio... doc doesn't want me on the treadmill (even walking on it), stair stepper, or elliptical cause my knees are too bad. I can swim, but there is no pool at the gym, and not a gym around that has a pool. So, I'm confined to the bike. I am going to change the program on the bike though and maybe try some hills, or the "random" setting.
I'm addicted to the scales! Seriously... I have issues when I'm trying to lose, and I don't step on them every day. I know, that's bad.
Maybe I'm over-reacting. Is 2 weeks really that bad for a plateau? Maybe I should just see what Thursday's weigh-in holds. I dunno. Maybe I'm obsessing.
