JC...what do you do to be chasing people?? but WELL DONE!!!

well i dont believe it... its the 8th down here and im FINALLY MOTIVATED!!!! just got home from a 60min walk up and down hills and feeling great!

i might just keep posting here to keep this going!!!

Day 7
35 minutes jogging/running stairs40 minutes stress reduction punching Sparring Bob

That's a very long time pummelling BOB!

2 months ago, I went for it, and tried to knock BOB out....ended up with severe tennis elbow type problem!

BOB returns what you dish out to him!! sing "I fought the BOB, and the BOB won"...

:(

BTW: I think that just about everyone needs a sparring BOB in their home!
 
Day 8
Took off Day 6, and on Day 7 I walked just under 2 miles carrying 2 3LB soft weights. Not fast, just above my average walking speed.
This morning I jogged my 2 miles and feel GREAT!!
Sitting on my Pilates ball as I write this, loosen up those hips and lower back!
 
I would be interested in knowing exactly who actually completed the challenge with 7 days in a row, mostly out of curiosity.
 
day.. um.. whatever... got home at about 9:30 tonight.. must..do..xercise...

I did and I will be keeping it up until mid April when I run my next marathon. Tonight 2 hours badminton then going to a club to dance for a couple of hours.
 
I have, i'm taking a break from jogging today and working my upper body.
