I did an hour in the pool. Today was my first time with the "masters class"...it involved 4x100 meter medly and other more elaborate forms of torture...I´m beat...have an hours worth of badminton planned for tomorrow...if I can move my arms by then...

I am going to be sore tonight. Did 30 minute on the tread mill. Did about 30 minutes of lap swim, then had 45 minutes of swim lessons which I did more laps. I think I can take a break for 2 days now, right??

because of all the positives and possibilities that exist in our lives!

my brother yesterday fell off a roof... 4hrs surgery and he will be ok... im grateful he didnt break his back. of course... this means he wont be replacing my downpipes this week like he promised me he would.


and i get to go scuba diving this weekend because i fit into my wetsuit!!!!!.
