geez mike... youre scaring me with that schedule but well done!

Day Three Completed:

well i got home too late today to do my walk so i did a 40min cardio walk dvd instead (and wish i went for the walk as my legs are feeling stiff now)

well we are all doing great in making these efforts... lets keep it going!!
 
Day 3: 2+ mile jog. Hermit Crab had a friend over last night and they both jumped on bikes at 5:45AM to join me! How cool is that. Finished with a cool down of stretching, squats-extended and regular, arm circles, walking backwards and grapevine. Did some core balance on the pilates ball for a couple minutes. I feel GREAT!!!

For anyone else the answer would be a resounding YES, but for you we might have to put it up for a vote. :D
 
Jogged/walked for about 30 minutes up and down a very steep hill....
Cars can barely make it over the hill.

Tomorrow i'll try to jog for a longer period up the hill.

Jan 2, Day 2: 41 minutes of cardio on various machines: arc trainer, treadmill and recumbent bike.
45 minutes of upper body strength training.
(OK, that makes up for missing Jan. 1 :D)
