personally i would go with the mountain bikes... only becuase i think you can get more use out of it than a racing bike with the thinner wheels

but - in saying that

has anyone noticed how unhappy road bikers look in general... i can understand why in sydney as its a national sport hitting bike riders but they always look so serious and stern

unlike us... we're off to a dive site so usually look very happy :D

I went diving yesterday plus I walked. One day down. :D

Today I haven't had time to do anything! Well, running up and down the stairs at work should count for something. :D I just got home and I guess I'll need to pop in an exercise video sometime tonight.
 
Today I went for a walk after lunch to get my cardio in. Tomorrow I'll add a bit more distance.
 
Day 1 (January 1, 2007):
Diving in the Atlantic: 2 hours 10 minutes
Walking: 1 hour 2 minutes (4.15 miles 6.68 km)

Day 2
Walking: 1 hour 30 minutes (6.3 miles 10 km)
 
31 miles on the bike. 1:43
 
Day 2 (actually about 2 hours late, busy day)

52minutes / 3.5 miles treadmill

jogging/walking (mostly walking :D )
 
Day 2...

45 minutes walking (around the mall does count, right???)

30 minutes of stretching... hmmm, there HAS to be something more fun to raise cardio levels??? :blinking:
