I managed to crawl outa bed this morning, after sleeping in till 8:00AM, and did a 5k around the block. I am at the point that I need to take the next step. At under 10 mi/wk, and have to break that barrier if I intend to reach the next level, whatever that is.

After a busy 3 day I was able to get on the treadmill again this morning

Got my swim at the pool. Worked on my 20 m one breath dive, able to do it with a push off. Now I'll have to get a few more feet and do it without a push off.

Froze my butt off diving in our lake today... Ice just melted a week ago, and I don't think I could've done a second dive.

Yep , more nitrox for me almitywife and Saturday again. Unfortunately the vis is so bad its as if its pea soup water here in California.

Anyways, did more workout and stuff.
