Salsa burgers are good... fried turkey... cold fruits.... case of water.. large cooler with ice.. ice for the large cooler.. Verners.... italian ice machine...

That's really nice CoolTech but I'm not sure how well it will do in rough seas. It might be a little top heavy.

My contribution foodwise -

I'll bring snackage type things - black bean dip and avocado hummus. And in the panhandle I'm known for my brownies so I'll bring a batch of those as well.
