You can order one of these set up the way you want it, with a 16" long corrugated hose with a non-RE elbo ,and a donut bladder.
If you don't want the rear dump, cut the pull and it becomes an OP relief valve.

Man, I don't see that at all. The elbow on my Nomad is one of the highest wear points on the rig and knowing the internals of a pull dump it makes me shudder to think of one there. Lamar told me they do not configure the Nomad like the Armadillo (with the inflator on the bottom and a pull dump on the top) because the abuse that area receives significantly increases the maintenance of the dump.

If they have tabs with grommets to attach to a backplate, I would use that. You'll need two screw bolts or zip ties. If they don't, I'd suggest using plastic weight keepers on either side of each pocket, they are bigger then the metal ones. You can also take a section of innertubing and run it from the far side of each weight keeper to provide a little friction in addition to the weight keepers. Just keep in mind if the pockets are fixed they may reduce how much the harness can loosen.

My elbow/dump is quite protected. It sits on the underside of my bladder above my right shoulder and NEVER snags on the roof. The corrugated hose goes around the back of my neck and down the left chest, but not very far. A tug on my hose deflate mes without having to get my hand up high. I love it.

Interesting... still not a fan of pull dumps though :D

No problem Monkee. You can also use weight belt buckles if you find the need to remove them often. It's how a lot of people secure a canister light.

This BC is getting way too much love on SB. :D

I've decided the only way to make it stop is to go with the flow. So I ordered one yesterday. Deluxe version with the pad kit, ripcord weight system, crotch strap and a Zeagle baseball cap.

Captain Gene says it should be available in January. Normally I would go through my LDS, but they aren't authorized Zeagle dealers. However, Zeagle Express is just a few minutes away from my Mom's house in Tampa, so I think it still counts.

Then don't read it and go elsewhere.
