Yoke only for Oceanic DX4

I am looking for a replacement yoke that will fit an Oceanic DX4 first stage (came with a Delta 3 2nd). The yoke I have was damaged, but everything else including the retainer is OK. Part #6562

Has anybody converted one to DIN resulting in an un-needed yoke?

I'm not opposed to buying a new yoke if someone can direct me to a dealer that will sell Oceanic parts to individuals.
