I absolutely agree; Sebastian and TDG are not to blame for XDEEP delays, but they should take responsibility for the fact that their site said the product was 'in stock'. I had made an order in Sept 2013, and cancelled it last month, after having waited too long.
As a reseller, they should make it clear that this product is on a wait list only.
