You have no idea. They're doing the same thing to DRIS. Yet another delay email received from DRIS today. Those same crummy excuses are being used by Xdeep to their retailers. "On the ship", "almost there", "delayed one day", "delayed one week",,the dog ate my homework".
At least DRIS provides updates. Xdeep provides nothing. Shame on Sebastian. I was going to get the Ghost BPW but will wait to see if this thing materializes. I think that the computer should be named Ghost.
How does this company hope to survive with such poor customer service/distribution skills?
Agreed. If you are one of the fortunate that actually get one, what are the odds of getting any kind of service if it breaks? Slim I'm sure.

Excuse me but what actually I should be ashamed for ? I'm waiting for them same impatiently as you but again as a xDeep distributor I will take the heat since its my job as an extension of xDeep in Americas. We would have a lot of sources we could blame for all sorts of problems like parts manufacturers for huge delays in delivery but we won't do it, instead focus on the goal.

Why don't you ask the owners of other xdeep products like thousands of Stealth's, Ghosts that we have distributed what kind of support they get but you try to judge all on this one particular item that again people still deciding to wait long time just to put the hand on one. Just to let you know, divers know about major delays from forum like this one around the world but still number of orders increases unbelievably fast. Can you explain ? Please understand that although production manufacture 50 or 100 times more then when we started its still heavy train to move since number of orders is incredible but I know that xDeep is an unique company owning most of the production line and has a huge capabilities and we will get there. Those that survived with us are happy they did and I wish same for all of you.
Trust me guys, I wouldn't want to be in Sebastian's shoes We have been harassing him a lot, It's somewhat out of his control until he gets them. They should be coming soon, so let's just keep hoping they get here so everything can say it was WELL worth the wait!

Only thing I can not reconcile is why the tecdivegear online store still shows all flavors of the xdeep black as "in stock" when this is clearly not the case. If it is a backorder job that can take a few more weeks it would be courteous to accurately reflect that on the order page.
