Isn't the upgrade an online download? If so it should no take too long to reach us in the US.

Now if I only had one. But no matter, Sebastian says only one more week! (Wait that was in Mar 2013 - dang!).

Both EANx and TriMix software upgrade packs are available so if you had one you would also had an upgrade.
Now only because some of you didn't get one yet doesn't mean that we do not deliver, we have shipped quite a number of those and
fulfill orders based on order number both our dealers and end retail customers.

No worries with comments, although us (Tec Dive Gear) don't manufacture them we understand that as an Americas xDeep distributors have to take the heat from you guys.

I just want to get clarification regarding the software upgrades. I think Piotr said earlier in the thread that if you want the TriMix capability, you can just download the TriMix software, is that correct? You don't have to download the Nitrox upgrade plus the TriMix upgrade?

At this point, the only reason I would want the TriMix upgrade over the Nitrox upgrade is that the TriMix upgrade has a PPO2 alarm that the Nitrox upgrade apparently does not. Will the TriMix software be much more complicated in actual use than the Nitrox software? Will it require more pushes of buttons to get to important screens while diving?

True, you can upgrade from BT to TMX at one shot, no middle EANx installation step needed, obviously if you have purchased right software upgrade key (from BT to TMX) since EANx to TMX key version will require you to have EANx already installed.

Nitrox upgrade has also PPO2 alarm.

From user standpoint its not really much more complicated, its almost identical, function of adding the helium to your gas mixture is disabled (not visible) in Eanx mode. Everything else is pretty much same. Alternate screens, functions etc.

I'm optimistic! I just wish my order status would shift from processed to shipped! It's my first order with you guys, so I'm not sure if that's something that you even do. Either way, it'll get here when it gets here!

Sure, we also rather to start business relationship with many of our first time customers sending them one of thousands items we have in stock but everybody wants BLACK - the best stuff and all will get it. I know its something that you can't immediately measure but production of BLACK's is announced to reach 1000 units a month very, very soon. I think its also good to inform our customers, xdeep customers that project of BLACK swallowed already about 500 000 Euros ! so yes we take this business seriously.
