i ordered mine july 23 nothing no returned calls or emails i asked for a refund been over a week no refund. i was excited about this unit have lost it

OK, I am jumping into this whole thing rather late. I am in the market for a new computer, and I am really tempted to get the Petrel. I see this thing available July 26th, has me curious.......but nobody has actually gotten one or dived with one yet? Is that true? If so, how can this company still be in business? Are they accepting cash from orders to pay back suppliers before they actually have product? Definitely seems fishy. Even if it is a great deal, I wouldn't get one. If I had a problem with it, I would be worried about any post-sales support after this whole fiasco.

Hi Guys,
I don't want to get you all excited, but I just spoke to xDeep and they should have some BT's at the Dive Show this weekend (in England).
They will also have EAXN and TRMX firmware.
They are still working hard to fulfil existing obligations.
If I can get any more info from them, I'll pop it on here.
