Where to buy Apeks 300Bar Yoke/Din Converter?

I just got a set of Apeks DS4/ATX50s from DiveINN to use with my first set of doubles. Despite requesting both regs with a 300bar fitting, one came with a yoke. I figure that the easiest thing to do is just get a 300bar yoke/DIN converter, but I can't seem to find any online. I checked DiveINN, leisurepro, etc. So far no luck. Does anybody know where I can order the 300bar yoke/DIN converter (part # AP0211).
