What time of year does that happen? I was thoroughly chastized by my wife and daughter for not scheduling our last trip to coincide with the hatchlings. :idk:

it starts in June....I heard Christi (BlueXT) say that they will be releasing them through November this year
 
Depending on the time of year you go - you could head over to the other side of the iland and spend the afternoon untiol dark helping the Turtle Conservation program.
We went in October/November and went with a group from Blue Angel. Got to dig several nests and release several hundred. It is a great way to meet locals and other visitors, plus spend an afternoon into the evening.
