"Non-Economy" Dive Trip - What would your best trip look like?

My regular scuba buddy (son) can't make this trip; so I don't have a dive buddy. But I think he might complain if I paid your way, as I told him he was old enough to start paying his own.

Just got back from Cozumel. New diver and this trip was first drift dive and first boat dive. Concluded that I'm not a fan of drift diving... The current was strong and going with it didn't give time to stop and see the little critters. Due to inexperience, for now, I prefer diving in Bonaire. I'll give Cozumel another shot once I get more dives under my belt and get my breathing in par with other, more experience divers.
