What is your best anti-fog?

I use plate soap, the really soapy kind before every dive. It doesnt take more than 2 mins and works perfectly no matter how hot and humid it is outside or how many dives I do. Worst case scenario, I let a little sea water in during the dive, shake my head a little and let the water out.

My wife has the 3D Hydro Optix mask and it came with defogger which I thought was strange since they advertise that the materials its made with won't fog. Sure enough, it didn't fog at all and didn't need to clean the mask at all.

it's funny, no one's mentioned annother helpful antifog tip, wash your face with a little sea water (especially if the water is a chilly 57 degrees like it was today in NY) and that will help cool your face down, and help reduce fogging.

I don't think i'd ever use dish soap in my mask. That's the last thing i want in my eyes. Spit/clearing my mask underwater/sea drops combo works fine for me.

I used a commercial anti fog before but it was not very effective.

My wife has a HydrOptix mask, She says Sea Gold is the only thing that keeps it from fogging.

I'll use use anything non-abrasive, there is no way I'm putting toothpaste on my expensive prescription lenses.

I fog everything (even had to buy a mini electric-fan system for my paintball goggles). Sea Gold works, and is the only anti-fog I will buy from now on.

I used toothpaste clean my mask

same here, with the addition of cleaning the glas surface with the toothpaste and leaving a thin film afterwards. it lowers the surface tension of water on the glass.
