Sure I have lots to learn. Maybe you're right????? After 1,000's of dives do you have perfect buoyancy along a wall with a pretty strong side current?
Buoyancy has little to do with it.
If given the chance to pause in a beautiful environment with a reasonable current - do you fight the current or find a rock or something to help conserve energy and air?
Hiding behind rocks is a smart move. Touching them is a different matter.
Would a smaller diameter poky thing have less impact than a hand?

Help - been spending way too much time sifting through accessory pages and can't seem to find a metal dive poker. Probably because I have no idea what they are "officially" called. My LDS does not carry them and has no idea what to call them either.
