A cheap dive bag. Spend the money and get one that will last longer than a month. Plus a wetsuit that I didn't bother to try on first. It fit fine, the problem was it had that metalcore inside layer and I couldn't get the darn thing on at all. I sold it for a quarter of what I paid for it after 4 dives. Pay the money and get something that will last and you will be happy with. It's worth it in the long run!

Scuba gear for her

Love it.......nice.

I'd say the female wetsuit I bought secondhand. I was in a hurry to make the boat, dove that thing for a year, could never understand why the fit was so tight.

Hrm....

1. Big pigsticker dive knife.
2. Ridiculously large ocean master dry snorkel
3. Crappily made mesh backpack that never seemed to carry right.
4. A bunch of carabiners that are now rusted shut.
5. Save a dive kits with crap in them that doesn't work for my gear
6. PADI log book pages
7. PADI AOW course at my LDS

Sure I can think of more...

Jacket BC and spare air. How humiliating is that?

I use a jacket BC but I'm thinking of getting an H set up as well, thanks Catherine. I don't think I ever used the swords I bought disguised as dive knives.

Just the extremely expensive consol computer (atmos AI) other than that pretty good.. i switched out my BCD in less than a year but i'm keeping my jacket for backup/travel so not that much regret

In no particular order:

Seaquest jacket BC
Scubapro Air2
Scubapro TwinJet "yum-yum yellow" fins
Huge "Crocodile Dundee - That's not a knife, this is a knife" dive knife
Ridiculously bright yellow Scubapro snorkel
Crappy mesh bag that I paid about $50 too much for
5mm wetsuit (I live in upstate, NY what am I going to do with a 5mm? I now dive dry home or 3mm on vacations)
A bunch of non-100%-SS bolt snaps that are now rusted shut
Dive trip to FL last march (don't ask.....)
PADI AOW course at my LDS (timing could have been better)
HID can light (again, timing could have been better)
Suunto 3 gauge console

I'm sure there are other things, but that's it for now....

Closed-Circuit lift bag. Should have bought Semi-Closed.
