What did you buy that you regret?

Wetsuits with beavertails! Why on earth did companies think these were ok for guys? Masks with a purge. Oh so much easier to clear with out. Bubble reg holders you cant get the dang thing in with out 4 other people helping. And the worst thing I ever bought was mask defoger that caused pink eye on all of my first OW class that used it. (why we will never know???) Now we just use cheap baby shampoo. $1 for a gallon size.

My dry snorkel. I think the top of it weighs 20 lbs. I would still go with a dry snorkel, but not the "cool" one!

Regret every cheap light I've ever flooded, the $140 fins that I don't like as much as the $19 pair...I should have returned these after the first dive in them. Shame on me for letting them get banged up and un-returnable.

I actually liked this style of suit....I still have one (5mm Henderson) but I don't fit it anymore.

Worst purchase eh? Hmmmmmmmmm, it would have to be my Harvey's hooded vest, I only took it on one dive and found out the hood was way too big and the vest fit great. Needless to say, I took a pair of scissors to it and it's just a vest now Hoods should remain as a separate entity...

My first BC, a Mares Northern Exposure. Have BP/W now.

My first and second used 7 mm wetsuits. Not warm, very stiff.

Maybe my first NEW 7 mm wetsuit. I am shopping for a drysuit. if it is cold enough for the 7mm, I am thinking I want to be dry.

My oceanic $79 split fins.

My first mask that had a STUPID purge valve. A purge is useless.

Any snorkel I ever paid for. I only have it because some places/DMs make you have one. But I never wear it.

I have a Datamax Pro II computer that is a good console, but I am thinking about a wrist mount.

I guess that is about it. Wow I wasted a lot of $$$$$$

Bio Seal exspensive product for what it is used it twice now it stays in the junk box but I do like the container it came with.
