It sounds like you're incredibly overweighted. I use 18 lbs max with a 6.5mm two-piece wetsuit (12 on weight belt, 6 in SS backplate). Are you perhaps overweight? (yes it's an actual question, fat is more buoyant than muscle)

What the hell is a 10ltr tank? I only work in cubic feet.
