26th should be good with me i hope
the others are a no no, 2/3rd at stoney for nitrox and advanced nitrox

fly out to the US on the 9th (hopfully)

26th it is.

Is that; Conor, Pheonix, Clootie, myself (& maybe + 1)? Sarahboo you gonna come play? Anyone else?

Last time I checked (a month ago) it was 16 deg C @ 14m (I burried my gauge) and 18deg C @ 9m, but 'really warm' deg C :) near the surface. More people in wet than dry. You all must handle cold water better than I do.

Does anyone have any requests? Toys you want to have a play with, etc?

Anyone driving and might be able to sort out a lift for us unfortunates? Mr 'maybe +1' is a driver. So if he's comming it should be possible to pick up from North London, (I do believe the Cambridge / Peterborough trains run past me) or Heathrow.

Waited 3 hours @ Wraysbury for a train to Waterloo(?) last time. :upset:

yes, bring an underwater heater, just in case!

Not driving alas - may see if I can work out a way to carry all my gear on the back of my bike (maybe if I hire the fins....), because south london to Wraysbury on public transport carrying it doesn't appeal either, but I don't think I could add a pillion plus their kit.

plus driving = no beer ;-0

I *am* a walking, talking, mobile heater... :devious: OK! I take it back! :kicker:

We can'ts aves peeps not drinking! Where bouts down Souf are ya Cloots?

Sent off my camera today to get that dead pixel fixed, doubt I'll get it back in time.

Pheonix : About the other thread, confirm - you can't make it?

nope unfortunatly not, not that weekend anyway
trying to work out what i have free between now and when i leave
im at the SETT next saturday and have a commitee meeting on sunday! bloody dive clubs

You would prefer 30m of crystal clear, clean, warm water - heated to body temperature? Instead of our company in a murky, dark, muddy, shallow, freezing cold, pit???

well when you put it like that

was my first dives at wraysbury yesturday, cor was the vis ****e
its going to be a pretty grim first dive for those of you not used to low vis situations

Mid september almost 2 years ago, during an algae bloom. Having done my OW in Cyprus, boy - was it a shock!

Better no say anything else for fear of putting everyone off! :devious:

Anyways the "easily obtainable", "low vis", is half the point of Wraysbury. :D

Got any updated temps for us Pheonix?
