Do you think buying new items from them should be ok ?

My own belief is that I would never buy anything from a dive store if they can't service it properly using their own technicians.

My experience with Mikes Dive store hasn't been the best either , they only really wanted to sell me one of thir packages. When i said i could get it cheaper else where i was told they wont price match.

Along with that it takes them quite some time to reply to emails.

I've purchased from them several times. I research beforehand what I want/need and place an order. Quick delivery and great prices. Never had an issue - my experience.

My impression of them is that they Just want to make the sale and move on.

Aquanauts in Plymouth is really good. If you’re buying a packge, they can come up with some great deals. I recently bought an entire set (Hydros Pro, Mk25, 620 Ti) for not much more than it would have cost in Lucas Dive Store in Europe.
