Trouble Uploading

Everytime I try to upload I get the following message.
Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 95x69 -quality 80 -geometry 95x69 -unsharp 10 '/home/zephyr/public_html/gallery/data/500/thumbs/Arrowhead_Crab.jpg'

I've tried using .gif that is 166KB
and I've converted it to .jpg that is 173KB

Neither would upload, what going on? Any ideas?

I have also received this same error. I emailed a mod a couple of days ago and I am awaiting there answer. If I hear something I will let you know
