do it easy:
I would guess that a chamber ride would have the same effect since the air is as compressed as the water would be at depth.

nopers.... air is compressible

water is a non-compressible fluid

a while back DiveGirl did an article on underwater whoopie, and
nobody reported any ill effects:

Nova SS:
Well they were not your average guys or situation. We would spent a couple months at a time in a submerged platform with a saturation team and nobody gets much privacy. Just about every subject is was game.
Funny, I don't recall that episode of Jacques Cousteau's undersea world :D
Seems like it would be a natural for him, seeing his wife was 40 years his junior.

Kim:
Sorry Mickey...that wasn't directed at you - I just used a quote from your post to isolate the point. my comments were general in nature, except for the one post I have already deleted.

Oh, OK. Felt a little singled out there for a minute. Thanks

If air can escape on the surface - being political here - then why not water? It would be tough to compress things with something not completely solid itself .

I think that there would be not much of a point to it other than saying that you did it. Which I guess that I can buy into.

Well, that's cool. I always hear about how repressed some guys can be when it come to talking about personal stuff like this.

I actually had wondered if saturation divers would have any negative effects that would curb sexual interest. But I guess not, according to your anectodal evidence.
