Serious DIR question on ABS System

OK,
I was under the impression that one of the DIR fundamentals was having your waist 'uncluttered' vs. a jacket BC, etc.

Doesn't adding the ABS Weight Pockets violate this 'rule' of adding bulk, drag, etc. to the waist harness area?

My Fundie's instructor said they are not DIR. My Fundie's instructor used them during class and stated she likes them.

I see you missed the point of the wieghting system, specifically the location of the ACB's. I would like to go into some detail here but I'm not sure if I would be taking you away from a bridge or not.

Yes. They are not DIR. Halcyon does sell non DIR products; not many though.
