ScubaPro Headband - 1996 Catalog

Does anyone out there have a 1996 ScubaPro catalog? I just picked up a NOS neoprene SP headband, part number 67.031.500, manuf. date 05/24/96. If anyone has a catalog, I was wondering if they could tell me what the description for it reads or if there are any pictures of it being worn. I can't quite figure out how your supposed to wear it, and what is the purpose of the pre-cut hole that is in it?

The hole is for your ponytail - found it when researching headbands today.... If anyone has any advice... do these really stay on? Thanks -
