I can chime on mine. I still use it. Only changed the wrist seals. And the neck seal is due for a change.
Everything is still in perfect working order. I had some talk cakeup on my dump valve but after a quick disassembly and cleaning it works great. I didn't have any need to go for customer service so I can't comment on that, but on the suit durability, 200 dives in fresh and sea water works great. I do "baby" it. Meaning I maintain it, clean it frequently and always dry it and roll it to prevent zipper breakage. However, my dive buddy takes absolutely 0 care of his and it still works perfectly. No leaks, no breakages. We have 3 suits in our dive club and all 3 are still solid.

Thank you very much for the information.

Also another note. the 3 suits we have are pre-production models. Only wear I have on mine is that the mesh which drains the water from the pocket got torn. Was it me, or was it form usage who knows. But apart from that structurally no issues. We have 2 with trilam socks and one with neoprene booties (not vulcanized) like GaBitzu's ones and that friend is fine with them.

Also on the note that the suspenders are no quick release. There should be a tab that you can undo and remove the suspenders if you mistakenly didn't put them on when donning the suit.
