I first became a CNA because of a desire to work in an assisted living community. It's different from a nursing home. The facility I work in now is like a hospital. We check vitals all the time and document everything.
The facility I tried to get hired into is more like an apartment complex with assistants on hand. I interviewed at one of those ALC's in early February but they didn't get back to me. I thought I was out of the potential employee pool. Yesterday, they called me back for a second interview. I still may not get the job, but at least I am one step closer than I was in February.

I should be able ot have alot more fun this time around. Last yuear i was coming off of a nightshift, and my sleep patterns were all mucked up. This year, my last day of day shift is the day before I leave, and I transition to nights that monday, so the later I stay up each night, the better. So if I try to go to bed, someone put a drink in my hand, and tell me to stay awake, that the Swedish bikini team is just a few minutes late...

It's the "I'm hanging around here on Spring Break Bikini Team" btw...

I won't mention anything about any leftovers from last years Labor Day weekend festivities...

(I keep hearing muffled sounds in the womens showers...Go figure...True story btw)
