Suggestion Q about "banned" words

I have a quick question about banned words here on SCUBAbaord - how exactly does a word get put on "the list". I understand putting profanity and whatnot on the list, but have been surprised by a few of the words which get starred out - certain 1940's-era German political movements for example.

Just curious...

really? Warhammer Online is a lot better than some of the other games out right now.

Warhammer is a "maneuver" in reference here... not a reference to the online game.




BTW.... someone found another banned word.

I didn't know that was in the pub now.... (as that thread pre-dated the pub)..

I'm sure that it was moved to the PUB as semi-censorship so that it restricts Google-Bot from listing it in searchable threads on google. (which makes sense). I mean who wants their forum associated with a picture of a guy blowing is ass out underwater...
