Professional Corrosion Removal Liquid? (not vinegar)

Hi guys,

What liquid is commonly used for corrosion removal. Apparently reputable stores use quite an expensive liquid to clean all the sensitive regulator parts. What's the name of this liquid/chemical formula?

I had pretty ordinary results with vinegar mixtures over the last 10 years.
