I am glad to know Oceanic has the superior customer service we expect from a company with their reputation!
 
Here is the BEAUTY of ScubaBoard... Manufacturers' reps interface with consumers and problems are handled and myths debunked! The more traditional medias can't begin to match the interactivity of the internet!

Afraid I can't do that... but just give me the name and number to your boss... I'm sure if I call him and explain that scuba is more important than work, he'll give you a day off... or two... or three. ;)

And I've been around Pete when he toots... actually just after Cajun food.... Oh... that's probably another thread. :D

My boss and I have a sweet deal worked out for me. I work 8 x 10 hour days and get 6 days off in a row, which is perfect for me because I can take pretty decent trips when I want without having to take time off. Just so happens that I'm working one of my 10's during the day that you're doing your oceanic special. :( Next time though. :)
 
So I read the thread, and was pretty amazed by Oceanic's response...

then I saw what time this thread was posted, and how quickly it was resolved.

I sent in my Aeris Savant that was recalled about 4-5 years ago, and not only was the recall still honored, but I was sent an Atmos2 computer to replace my Savant. The big problem I had was I then had to buy a download cable.
