They must still have some in stock, the G2 came out in 2018 I think, smaller and with Bluetooth as opposed to the 1990 technology of infrared. While they are still a good computer I wouldn’t recommend one due to the IR limitations. Some people like old style stuff, look at the love around here for the G250.

G250 is a great reg. Always will be. It's not out of proportion with current regs.

I think it huge like the 109, looks like a spare tire on your face :) even the 260 is a little smaller. Performance wise those are still top of the line and the newer smaller stuff needs a lot of tricks to match them in performance.

These computers have been EoS for a very long time now. They were something during their time. I am sure that you won't like any of the computers made in the 90's and 2000's but that's judging with today's standards something that isn't current, very old and has been EoS for a very long time. You may not like now it but many others did like them back then when it was current especially its big screen and easy to read display. Heck, you aren't going to like the Edge dive computer, the brick, but that was state of the art 30 something years ago.

BTW, the link you provide is a link for the SP Hong Kong website. They may have old stock and/or didn't update their website. This specific computer has been EoS for MANY years.

SCUBAPRO:

Regs - Fantastic. Some of the best.

BCDs - Fantastic. Expensive but great quality.

Masks - Excellent

Wetsuits - Top notch

Dive Computers - :(

Edge was before my time but I remember seeing divers use them.

I started with an SME, then Solution, Solution Nitrox, Orca Pilot, Aladin Nitrox, Uwatec bottom timer, Vyper and now Perdix. The Aladin was fairly big but none were ridiculous like the Luna.

My eyes are certainly not as great as they used to be and I find color really helps me read the computer in low light/vis without it being obtrusively large.

Dive your preference but you should really pay SB if you're going to post blatant ads for Scubapro merch.

PDC #1 for me - Cochran Commander Air..... way ahead of it's time...
replaced with a Cochrane EMC20.... yep, was still a clunky software interface (looked like DOS OS), despite years later...

replaced with a Shearwater Petrel1

and then the SW hoarding began...

Never got on a boat without a quarter in my pocket either!
