Maltese court convicts dive buddy

The ridiculous conclusion to the perverse Maltese judgement is that by agreeing to buddy with another diver you are then LEGALLY COMPELLED TO DIE OR INJURE YOURSELF for that buddy, regardless of their incompetence.

Stupid? Ask the Maltese…
