One of my dive buddies this Sunday, April 18, dropped a soft weight and two hard weights INTO Cream of Wheat. Yes, you read that right. Probably on their way to China by now, but if you see a black 5LB soft weight, or a blue 2LB lace-through down in the silt, shoot me a pm. Thanks!

I understand that Scubaland Lake store has possession of one such weight. The blue 2 pound hard weight that is.

If the owner would like to contact John Lindsey the store manager to retrieve it please do so quickly.

Best of luck.

yes... good friends like that are hard to find.

 ....

Sounds like me - I'm on a quest to find the ideal amount of weight - over the past few weeks I've gone from 16 lbs to 12 lbs. Seems like I can get by with less weight as I get more comfortable underwater.

I shed quite a few pounds after becoming more comfortable under water as well. Now if I could only shed a few pounds out of water.....

I do hope that Cream of Wheat is okay.

All well and good until you over do that. I like to know I can sink if needed even with a nearly empty tank should I see a boat or jet ski approaching. One of our group shot his sausage from the SS on a Coz reef last week only to see a boat almost run over it.

I've tried everything but terminal diseases. :dontknow:
