No problem at all. I'll be bringing:
2 sets of dbls
80 - 50%
80 - 100%
Misc gear, drysuit, etc

We have the back of the truck too if we need it.

You, Zinc and I should probably do a little adv. planning for a deep dive. If we consider the max depth to be 180' I'd probably dive something along the lines of a 21/25 mix for that depth. What are you thinking? Feel free to email...or PM...email is easier for me to respond to 24/7 though.

Hey John, Let me know if this is a problem.

double 80s (trimix)
double 80s (air)
80 (50/50)
40 (50/50)
30 (100)
My box of gear
Camping equipment
backpack

Any problem with fitting all that on your trailer?

thanks

Layne

We CAN'T dive without the bones!!!!! :shocked2:
Frank... Will the Bones be available for consultations???

I found out today that Brady Mtn Resort has dry docked all their pontoon boats for the fall/winter. So...we're gonna have to find another source. Any suggestions??? I'm happy to call and put down the deposit, but I don't have time to research this all by my lonesome. Any assistance/suggestions appreciated! :D

I realize I'm not going, but I have this link saved to my favorites for a future trip to Lake Quachita. I don't know how close it is to your campsites, or the scuba shop, but it says they rent boats!

Spillway Marina recommends a 30' boat for 6 or 7 divers...they don't do 24 hour rentals, or rent to folks camping on islands, told her we'd be at Brady Mt. Resort and campgrounds.
It would be a day(205) plus half day(145) rental cost... i.e. 8am sat to noon sun
$350

EVA said she was closing soon, but will be open 9-5 tomorrow..

So what are we looking at money-wise per person?

I hope this does not get too high for me. Normally it's not an issue, but I just bought all the wife's gear, so the taps are a bit dry atm.

I think Tony beat me to this; but here goes.
There is the Spillway Resort and Marina. They are right down the road from Brady Mountain. Gena and I drove between Brady and the Spillway for our weekend events at the beginning of September. It's an easy drive between the two locations.

The spillway is located right next to the dam. The State Park is just to the east of the dam. I still don't have any prices. I think this is the same location as Tony describes above. I hope this helps. This is all of the information I have.

Crystal Springs might be another possibility to look into.
