I live in the Jupiter area so get out with JDC more than any other shop.... I love the Juno reefs and big fish along with the fact that JDC is top notch. Boyton offers a different experience in that the current is gentler, the dives are a bit shallower (more down time) and the reef itself is very colorful and beautiful with tons of tropical fish, so I'd encourage you to try both locations given they are less that 45 minutes apart. The only negative about a single diver in Boynton is that most operators don't send a DM down (I don't know if UWE does or does not), so you'll be buddied up with someone that may or may not be a good match.
A couple of the operators in Boynton make each dive grouping take a float ball which I find unnecassary & annoying. Usually at least two good dangles occur during an outing as well as being a hinderence to those hunting. I have yet to dive off of Under Water Explorers who a lot of experienced posters laud.
