Is it bad to pee in a wetsuit?

So, I'm about to get a drysuit, do you think i'll still have the extreme desire to pee? I have to pee like a racehorse, sometimes even several times/dive in a wetsuit, I hope that doesn't happen in a dry suit!

Nah, but you can get a little pee bag just in case, I think they talk about them early in this thread.

Will peeing in a wetsuit harm it in anyway? Is there anyting in urine that may compromise the reliability of a wetsuit?

urine acts like a desinfectand unless you have an Infection it will warm you and desinfect your srounding skin for a while.Make sure ,that you,re hydrated enough to not put another enamel coat on the boats deck,my next wetsuit will have a custom made relief-zipper on it and i,ll try to use it at 5Atm.s and see what it feels like.Peace :11:

In the navy, its recommended to pee on your feet while in the shower to prevent fungal infections.

When you get your wetsuit home use a mild dish soap to clean it out... one pee, no matter how well rinsed will stink. Hang and let dry. Remember, rinse and repeat...always repeat.
I've "cracked the seal" a few times on my wetsuit and I have no problem with the suit.
I also flush the suit as much as possible before packing it for the ride home.

Where can I get a "pee valve" for my drysuit? Diving in cold water creates the urge.
