I was in Catalina back in June for a family reunion and while diving Casino Point with one my siblings, I happened to recognize Dr. Bill from his avatar. He was just hanging out, so I approached him and said hi to him. Dr. Bill probably thought I was some kind of a freak

He's just a local legend. Heck, I've even been diving with him. If you get out to Catalina you will probably meet up with him. Just look for his golf cart at Casino Point.
